As an intern in Office Management or Secretarial Science, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. You will work closely with senior staff and assist in a range of administrative and secretarial tasks, including but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Managing files and records
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence and documents
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Performing basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a certificate, diploma or degree in Office Management, Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
- Willing to be based at Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur
