As an intern in Office Management or Secretarial Science, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. You will work closely with senior staff and assist in a range of administrative and secretarial tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Managing files and records
  • Drafting and proofreading correspondence and documents
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Performing basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a certificate, diploma or degree in Office Management, Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
  • Willing to be based at Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur
